Sound familiar?

If any of this feels familiar, you're in the right room

  • βœ“Checking in on yourself before your feet even hit the floor in the morning.
  • βœ“Finding the exits in every room, without deciding to.
  • βœ“Googling the same symptom at 3am more times than most people would admit to.
  • βœ“Never leaving the house without the water bottle, or the safe person.
  • βœ“Saying no to things that used to be easy and giving a reason that isn't the real one.
  • βœ“Looking completely fine on the outside while barely holding it together inside.

Therapy, breathing, supplements, apps β€” and it kept coming back. That isn't a sign that something is wrong with anyone. It's a sign the response being taught was the wrong one.

Inside the training

What Jort walks through, live

01

The two thoughts keeping you stuck

"Something is wrong with me" and "nothing works for me." Both make complete sense given your evidence. Both are wrong, and you'll see exactly why.

02

Why anxiety stays, and grows

Anxiety isn't a disorder to manage. It's a learned pattern in a sensitized nervous system. Adversity can be overcome; a disorder can only be managed. That distinction changes everything.

03

The habits that quietly fuel it

A live inventory of the everyday behaviours that keep anxiety running β€” including several that are commonly taught as coping tools. Plus the one question that reveals whether a behaviour is resistance.

04

How recovery actually works

Why the same mechanism applies to panic, health anxiety, DP/DR, agoraphobia, driving anxiety and intrusive thoughts. Different clothes, same problem.

05

The skill that got Jort fully recovered

Drop the fight. Allow it to be there. Don't feed the story. Keep living. Simple to understand, not easy to do, and learnable by anyone.

06

Live Q&A with Jort and Mirka

Bring your case. Jort is joined by Mirka, head mentor at AnxietyWave, who recovered through this method herself and now guides members through it every week.

Jort Kamphuis

Founder & Mentor, AnxietyWave

Jort spent six years in panic disorder, health anxiety and GAD after losing his mother and stepfather in 2015. He saw five therapists and spent around $20,000 on books, seminars, supplements and gadgets. None of it ended the cycle. He recovered by doing the opposite of everything he'd been taught, and co-founded AnxietyWave to spread one message: recovery is possible, it's not a quick fix, and it's a personal growth journey.

  • TodaySymptom-free. Trains, flights, crowds, motorways β€” no planning, no managing.
  • ~2,000People guided through the same method, with three former students now mentoring on the team.
In their words

Every one of them started out certain it wouldn't work for their case

β€œIt's not a pill you swallow or a magic button you press, you gotta put in the work, but this program gives you the tools to understand what's going on in your brain and body and know how to help yourself. Honestly, life changing.”

Sarai Mejia Β· Trustpilot β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜…

β€œI've tried just about everything over the years. But Anxiety Wave is different. It feels like a real solution instead of another temporary fix. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm getting my life back.”

Sarah Β· Trustpilot β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜…

β€œI still experience anxiety and symptoms, but I soldier on knowing that it's my over-sensitized nervous system. Trust in the program. Trust in yourself.”

Common questions

Is this therapy?
No. We don't teach you to β€œstay calm.” We teach you to change your response so anxiety stops being fed in the first place. You learn the language of the nervous system, so you show your own survival mechanism that you're safe and it can let go. AnxietyWave is education and coaching, not medical or psychiatric care.
Will this work if medication or therapy didn't?
The method targets the underlying pattern of how you respond to anxiety, which is why it applies across every type. Most members arrive after trying other routes. The training itself is where you'll get enough to judge honestly whether it makes sense for you.
How do I join? Do I need Zoom?
The training runs live on Zoom. As soon as you register you'll get your personal join link by email, and a reminder before we start. You can join from a laptop, tablet or phone. Your camera and microphone stay off the whole time β€” nobody sees or hears you, and you ask questions by typing in the chat.
How long is it, and is there a replay?
About two hours, live. Block the time properly and bring a pen. A replay goes out afterwards, but it's up for a limited window and the Q&A and the free gift only happen live.
Is anything sold on the training?
Near the end Jort explains the program and how to book a free discovery call if you want support. It's optional. Everything taught in the first part is yours to keep either way.
My case feels different. Is this really for me?
That's the single most common thought we hear, and it's covered directly in the training. Panic, DP/DR, health anxiety, agoraphobia and intrusive thoughts all sit on the same underlying pattern. If a doctor hasn't ruled out a physical cause yet, do that first.

Seats are limited, and this runs once
